Course overview

The HNC Quantity Surveying degree at Southampton Solent University is a nationally recognised qualification which will prepare you for a higher technician role within the quantity surveying sector of the construction industry.

Highly regarded by local employers, this vocational qualification will offer you practical experience of the typical business tasks and requirements affecting a construction professional.

Your 'learning by doing' helps to maintain our high success rate for student employability, and you'll be assessed through work-based assignments as well as exams.

We have a long track record of successfully delivering Higher National Built Environment courses. Our approachable, experienced staff strive to ensure that your learning fits in accordance with the rigorous BTEC/Edexel guidelines.
