Open days
Open days provide the ideal opportunity to ask a number of important questions regarding course content, methods of assessment, subject options and course structure.
Open days can also show you what the campus has to offer. You can see first hand the facilities available, as well as talk to existing students about their experiences. Taster days
The Recruitment, Access and Partnerships Team here at Southampton Solent University work in partnership with a number of local schools|, colleges| and community groups to organise taster sessions for those of you who would traditionally not have considered university. The groups we target include those from groups currently under-represented in university and those who would be the first generation of their family to pursue higher education.
Taster days are designed to provide you with a sense of what university is really like, guidance on the opportunities available and provide you with the confidence to feel "I could do that!"

Exhibition days
Our Recruitment, Access & Partnerships Team regularly attend exhibitions| across the country. This is a good opportunity for you to meet a member of our staff at a venue near you and find out what Southampton Solent University has to offer.
