Fairtrade
|Southampton Solent University and Solent Students’ Union support the selling and promotion of fair trade products and have implemented a fair trade policy.
This has lead to the following:

Fair trade products have been made available in all shops and cafés across each campus that are part of either the University or Students' Union

Fair trade food and drinks are served at all meetings hosted by the University and the Students' Union, including management offices.

Campaigns are run to educate, increase awareness and promote fair trade.

A fair trade Steering Group has been established to oversee the implementation and advancement of the aims described above.
