Audio visual and video conferencing
We are able to offer a wide range of audio visual facilities to our customers and have a dedicated technical team on hand at all times to provide technical assistance.
All of the conference rooms and lecture theatres we offer have data projectors installed with a computer workstation/lectern from which to operate it. This system is easy to use and simple to adapt should you wish to present it directly from a laptop, USB, CD or DVD.
If you have any specific requirements please let us know. As a university, we have access to a wide range of AV solutions and conference equipment.
All audio visual equipment is included in the day and 24-hour delegate rates and is supplied with full technical assistance.
Video conferencing
By using our video conferencing facilities in Southampton, you can create a video link as part of your event with colleagues, partners or customers in the UK or worldwide.
You can even simply show what is happening in one lecture theatre in the other, enabling delegates to drop-in and out of a presentation without disturbing the presentation itself.
