Dr Tammi Sinha
Tammi Sinha has been a practitioner and researcher in business improvement since the 1990s, working with a range of organisations including BAE Systems, the pharmaceutical industry, and most recently in the public sector.
Following various roles in the manufacturing sector where she was involved with the Cardiff Business Schools' LEARN2 lean initiative, She joined Portsmouth Business School 8 years ago and is engaged in teaching, research and knowledge transfer with local businesses in the area of business improvement including lean and creative problem solving.
Tammi runs a community of practice of improvement facilitators in the south in conjunction with Nigel Ward (National School of Government) in order to share best practice in systems thinking, lean and other methods for improvement. She currently runs the MSc Leadership in Health and Well being, a programme aimed at enhancing leadership and improvement in the public sector.
