HOTS Programme
During the study of Hotel Operations and Hotel Management, students will have the opportunity to experience the HOTS programme (Hotel and Operations Training System) which is a computer simulation programme for students to operate virtual hotels. The programme is designed for students to understand and apply management processes, form decisions and assess the outcomes. It not only enables students to acquire hotel operations and management skills, it also adds fun to your learning experience.
