The loss or destruction of a certificate is a serious matter and a duplicate will only be issued at the discretion of the awarding University.
Southampton Solent University Certificates/Post-2005 HNC/D Certificates
If your degree was awarded by Southampton Solent University or your HNC/D was awarded post-2005.

If your certificate was issued by Nottingham Tent University, please download, complete and return the NTU Replacement Certificate Form|
Higher National Certificate/Diploma (HNC/D) Certificates (Pre-2005)
If you have lost your HNC/D certificate, and were awarded prior to 2005, you need to apply directly to Edexcel for a replacement copy on the Edexcel website (Replacement Certificates).
|Please note that the form must be sent directly to Edexcel and NOT Southampton Solent University.

Confirmation of attendance
To obtain a copy of your final academic result/duplicate academic transcript or confirmation of attendance please download, complete and return our form to the relevant Faculty Office.
Note* Southampton Solent University can only provide a Confirmation of Attendance/Duplicate Academic Transcript up to FIVE academic years following successful completion of a course of study.
