Donna is a Senior Lecturer in Film and Television and has taught at Southampton Solent University since 2007. She is the Course Leader for
BA (Hons) Film and Television Studies and also teaches on BA (Hons) Film.
Donna is also the University Teaching and Learning Fellow (FCIS).

Donna's research interests include performance and acting, masculinity, sexuality,
Hollywood (contemporary and classical), film noir, the voice in film, stardom and celebrity.
