David Corless - Director of Estates and Facilities

Estates and Facilities provide a wide range of diverse supporting services for the University including estates management, facilities management, residential accommodation, health & safety, environmental management, conferences, catering, academic rooming, purchasing and insurance.  The service directly employs over 70 staff based at East Park Terrace and Warsash Maritime Centre, as well as indirectly employing many more through outsourced contracts. 

Prior to joining the University, David was Deputy Director of Estates at the University of Bath.  He has over 20 years experience of estates and facilities management in the Health and Education sectors.
