Booking Terms and Conditions
Southampton Solent University and Sport Hampshire & IOW will make every effort to present the planned programme of events; however, they reserve the right to cancel sessions at short notice. Delegates will then be given alternative choices depending on availability of spaces. Delegates arriving late to sessions will be asked to wait for a convenient time to join the session.
The Conference will be filmed and by completing and submitting the online registration form you consent to your image being used for educational and promotional purposes.
All venues and sessions have been thoroughly planned and risk-assessed, nevertheless all participants take part at their own risk.
Parking on site is not guaranteed. There are limited spaces and these will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis. Priority will be given to delegates with access requirements. Additional parking is available at public car parks.
All delegates will be given a lunch voucher worth £4. This can be exchanged for food and drink in the University refectory. This cannot be exchanged for cash and change will not be given. Additional food and drink may be purchased for cash.
Delegate packs and trade gratuities will be distributed to all delegates subject to availability.
Southampton Solent University and Sport Hampshire & IOW accept no liability for:

loss arising from the failure of electricity, heating systems, water supplies, fire, flooding, or for any other cause beyond its reasonable control, which may cause the University premises, or part of them, to be temporarily closed, or the booking to be interrupted, interfered with or cancelled.

loss or damage to property brought on to University premises, howsoever caused.

any consequential loss, or other loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused, which may arrive out of, or in connection with, the use of the University premises by Conference/course participants, the organiser, their agents, servants or contractors.

Southampton Solent University and Sport Hampshire & IOW are committed to inclusion, equity and health and safety. We therefore reserve the right to refuse entry and/or remove any delegates that behave in an inappropriate, discriminatory or unsafe manner.
Places for paid delegates will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
Cheques need to be made payable to Hampshire County Council and sent to Sport Hampshire I.O.W., Hampshire County Council, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UJ.
Invoices can be requested by email by 21 May 2011.
