Many companies work in conjunction with the centre for Health, Exercise and Sport Science providing a wide variety of opportunities for our students. These opportunities include work placements, graduate employment, guest lectures, working with elite athletes/exercise referral patients, site visits, mock interviews and assessment tasks. Some companies offer the opportunity to undertake further study and gain additional vocational qualifications to build upon the experience that is gained at HESS. Professional or governing bodies provide guidelines for professional accreditation, regulations to maintain professional standards as well as graduate job opportunities.
