CPD Courses
Southampton Solent University’s centre for Health, Exercise and Sport Science offers a wide range of CPD workshops for Gym Instructors, Personal Trainers, Strength and Conditioning Coaches and health and fitness enthusiasts. All workshops are accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) with four continuing professional development (CPD) points (subject to participant’s current REPs status).
The current workshops on offer include:

Workshops are run once a month in the University’s state-of-the-art sport science laboratories where Senior Lecturer and Conditioning Expert, Marcus Sanger, will review the current research surrounding the training method, and guide you through the different techniques and approaches so that you can give more to your clients and to your workout.
