One of the unique aspects of Southampton Solent University's MA in Human Resource Management is the six week work placements available to students who want to qualify for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Cristina undertook her work placement at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency| where she researched employee rewards. Here Cristina talks about her experience on the work placement at MCA, along with her supervisor James Morris.
