Christiane is now back in Austria working for the communications department of the Austrian Ministry of Finance. She was partially responsible for the preparation of the ministry's role throughout the Austrian EU-presidency in 2006. This included the concise planning and implementing of various instruments of external communication. Within her team Christiane also contributed to the flawless conduction of the ASEM (Asia-Europe-Meeting) and the ECOFIN-meeting (meeting of all European Ministers of Finance), which are both took place in Vienna in 2006.
She says: "Pursuing the MA Marketing Management Programme was essential for getting a great job like this! At Southampton Business School I could tremendously increase my knowledge of both marketing and management, and improve my English simultaneously. The staff's profound practical and theoretical skills were impressive! As a student I received excellent assistance in many ways.
