2012
Who is this for?
Those who need to develop a greater understanding of budgets within an organisation, including small business owners/managers needing the basic skills and knowledge to develop their own financial systems.
Overview
Knowledge, understanding and confidence is increased for those already involved in the budgeting process. This is not intended to cover the complexity of an organisation’s budgetary process, but to provide a greater appreciation of the area and to develop the skills required in budgeting effectively.
Areas of study are tailored to specific organisational needs for in-house training and development, but generally include budgetary theory, use, control and preparation of budgets in areas including sales and production and good practice.
