Employees with some involvement and interest in special events who could benefit from expanding their knowledge and skills, especially in the supply and flow of people, services and goods.
Overview
Participants learn the basic elements of event logistics, in order to ensure the timely supply and movement of customers, services and goods at a special event.
Areas of study are tailored to specific organisational needs for in-house training and development, but generally include supply of customers: marketing, ticketing, queuing, transport; supply of products: transport, accommodation, artist needs; supply of facilities: security, power, water, contractors; on site: customer-flow, amenities and waste management, food and beverage, VIP and media, artists, and emergency procedures; event shutdown.

Interactive workshops encourage participants to think reflectively and share through discussion and self-assessment using group exercises and case studies.

Assessment
Assessment is through multiple-choice questions in a formal workshop, designed to incorporate activities from within workshops and on-line activities.
