Employees who wish to enhance their knowledge of special event staging.
Overview
Participants improve their knowledge of the staging of events, exploring aspects such as the staging of an event according to its constituent elements and how these relate to each other; the importance of staging elements for differing events and the safe use of tools.
Areas of study are tailored to specific organisational needs for in-house training and development, but generally include theming and event design, choice of venues, the stage plan–layouts and designs, props and decoration.

Interactive workshops encourage participants to think reflectively and share through discussion and self-assessment using group exercises and case studies.

Assessment
Assessment is through a 1,000 word report, designed to incorporate activities from within workshops and on-line activities and to be of practical use and relevance to participants.
