For my degree show I have created an installation made from wood to create an environment that is much like a body. It has an interior and an exterior.
The inside of my installation is my interior, a juxtaposition of feelings and hope, places I have been and the way that I have coped with my interior.
All within is hidden much like a secret, until we tell and let it out. This is my way of showing the viewer a glimpse of my past.
Artists that have influenced me are Marcel Duchamp, Tracey Emin and Mike Nelson.
