“Before I came to the UK to study I was advised to do a language course as to be better prepared for the task ahead. I saw that Southampton Solent offered this language foundation and realised this would be an excellent opportunity to improve my English.
“The course has sharpened my English and the way I interact with people. I now feel confident and composed in my ability, and I know this will benefit me my whole life. I really enjoy how the course is taught and how close the class is – we are like a family and despite our different ethnic backgrounds we all lived as one.
“Everyone from the heads of department down to the tutors in the class room are all so wonderful, our success was their biggest priority. On behalf of me and my course mates, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the tutors for always being there for us and for making us feel at home – they will always have a special place in our hearts!”
