Overview

The emphasis of Visual Arts degrees at Southampton Solent University is on visual communication. We want you to personalise your work and develop your own style whilst setting it in art theory, all the while appreciating historical and contemporary contexts.

If, like many students you aren’t entirely sure of your career path just yet, there is a great amount of flexibility and cross over between our two Visual Arts degrees, so you can change to whatever course suits you best.
