'Despite having an MBA from the University of Calabar in Nigeria, I chose to study abroad in order to gain international exposure and expand my career horizon.
The business world is becoming more and more of a global village, and I realised I needed to give my career a boost in order to remain competitive,not just locally but internationally. One of the best ways to achieve this was to gain a relevant, international qualification that would give me the desired edge.
I came here on a friend's recommendation, and have found Southampton to be a lively and friendly place to live and study. The University is centrally located close to most shops and just a few minutes' walk from the train station.
Although the course is very challenging, I'm having a great time studying here.'
