Southampton Solent University Photography students are holding an auction of signed prints, catalogues and books from some of the UK's leading contemporary photographic artists to help fund their final-year degree show.
More than 30 donations from some of the country's leading photographers - including Clare Richardson, Jem Southam and Stephen Gill – were received following a request from third-year BA (Hons) Photography students Rebecca Head and Dave Kent.
Items up for auction include a first edition signed Jem Southam landscape "The River Exe at Bickleigh", a signed limited edition print from Clare Richardson's "Harlemville" series and a one-off Radiohead Polaroid taken by Solent University photography lecturer John Spinks.
The auction will be held at from 6-8pm on Wednesday May 13th at Southampton Solent University's Millais Gallery. For more information email rebecca_head@hotmail.co.uk||.
