Susan Patrick
Principal Lecturer, Faculty of Business, Sport and Enterprise
Susan Patrick graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University and from the University of Strathclyde before honing her professional expertise within the newspaper industry in IT and online content.
She began her career in education when she joined Southampton Solent University’s faculty of Business Sport and Enterprise in 2004 as a Lecturer, and has since been appointed Senior Lecturer and Course Manager for the Business Top up programme.
As an Academic Leader within the faculty’s Business Analysis subject group, Susan is currently responsible for Recruitment and Retention strategies.
Her recent conference work focused on student feedback and engagement
Research interests
Susan is a member of the Higher Education Academy, and her research interests include e-government and blended learning delivery at university.
