Areas of current research include: occupational noise in the entertainment industries, noise exposure and hearing loss amongst children and young adults; the social need for ‘quiet’ space; urban access to ‘quiet’ spaces; noise mapping and modelling; policy development in planning recreational spaces and soundscape preservation.
