International collaboration in maritime research
When it comes to research with a real impact on businesses and organisations, Southampton Solent University’s Warsash Maritime Academy is hard to top. Over the past 15 years, the development of international maritime research at Warsash has focused on international collaboration and the all important human element.
Southampton Solent University has won €405,773 funding to take part in cross European project VIVID (Value Increase by Visual Design), and will be working with partners Avans University, House of Visual Culture, NHTV University, Pôle Images, Les Recontres Audiovisuelles, SPKVZW and City of Breda. The University has begun its research into utilising visual design for the benefit of several important sectors.
Promoting Sustainable Excellence in Testing Assessment (ProSET). Southampton Solent University is part of a consortium of EU universities working to promote excellence in testing and assessment in institutions across the Russian Federation.
