About the team

Team Solent Wheelchair Rugby is an exciting new wheelchair rugby club bringing the Paralympic legacy to life at Southampton Solent University. This intense and exhilarating full contact sport combines elements of rugby, basketball and handball and is played in mixed teams. Training sessions are regularly attended by over a dozen members including Team GB player, Aaron Phipps

Membership cost

£250 for the 2015/16 academic year. 

Training facility

Sports Centre St Mary's.

Training times

Monday: 4.00pm - 6.00pm.
Tuesday: 6.00pm - 8.00pm.
Sunday: 9.00am - 12.00pm.

How to register

You can now buy your membership online. Please follow the steps below:

1. Create your log in details at: http://eshop.solent.ac.uk/.
2. Choose your club and complete the form.
3. Pay your membership in full or by instalments (50% of the full amount in October and the remaining 50% in January).
4. You will then receive payment confirmation via email. 

Remember: "No Pay, No Play".

Deadline for payment for BUCS teams is Wednesday 14 October 2015. 
Deadline for payment for Non-BUCS teams is Friday 30 October 2015.
