Biography
Richard has extensive experience managing complex and dynamic business with the insight and skills to initiate and execute strategic initiatives. He is a recognised expert in strategic alliances, marketing channels and partnering.
His career spanned multiple senior management roles at Xerox and previously at Novell Inc.
He founded and ran his own specialist consultancy firm undertaking advanced multi country research-based programs to improve channel productivity, sales and profitability
Alongside his operational track record, he has an academic background. He has a PhD from the University of Gloucestershire and an MBA from Henley Management College.
Richard has published several books and written award-winning articles on change management, partnering and market development.
He continues to research on inter-firm collaboration and teach postgraduate strategy and operations courses.
