Contacting students
If you are concerned about your son/daughter and have not heard from them for a while, the University's Students 1st Information Centre| is your best point of contact. However, it is important to note that due to legal restraints we are unable to discuss or provide information on students' personal matters with third parties, and that includes parents. This means we will be unable to provide you with any information in relation to their attendance, health and performance. Our Student Advisers will be happy to ask your child to make contact with you, but unfortunately your son/daughter is under no obligation to do so.
