Warsash Health and Fitness Centre
At Warsash Health and Fitness Suite we have a team of fully qualified, friendly and helpful Gym Instructors to help you achieve your training goals, whatever they may be.
The gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment for you to get fit and healthy. We have 92 square meters of gymnasium with 14 resistance machines, dumbbells up to 50kg and kettlebells, a cardiovascular suite comprising of 14 pieces of 'Technogym', Cardio equipment and 4 Concept II rowers, punch bags and stretch area. Like the St Mary's Leisure Centre, Warsash is open to students, staff members and members of the general public.
