Sailing
The Sailing Club offers many opportunities for any budding or already successful sailors in the fields of yachting, team racing, dinghy racing and match racing, as well as recreational sailing. Boats are kept at Warsash, offering great access to the Solent.
The team has had great success winning the Student Yachting Nationals eight times in the last nine years and winning the Student Yachting World Cup| in 2004.
Membership cost: £75 for the academic year 2011/12.
An agreed additional competition fee will be charged to each person competing in BUCS competitions.
Training: Various options depending on what your sailing level is - seek advice from the club.
RYA| accredited courses are offered at Warsash Maritime Academy.|
Competitions: Fleet Racing|, Match Racing| and theYachting Nationals.|
