Turning 16 can leave you with some big decisions about your future and what to do when you leave school.
The information below sets out just some of the places where you can get advice and guidance to help you make the decision which best suits you.
The careers library in your school is probably the best place to start. If your school has only limited information, the Direct Gov Young People| website has lots of information to help and support you.
Whether you have a clear idea of what your future holds or not, it's a really smart idea to get some careers guidance. Make the most of your Personal Adviser (with a careers specialism) - they may come up with a good idea for your future that you haven't even thought of!
