Southampton Solent University has a wealth of resources, primarily the knowledge and expertise of its staff but also its facilities and equipment. 
Together, the creative and innovative use of these resources is the key to passing on the benefits to students, the internal academic community and external customers.

We have six Student Residences situated within easy walking distance of the main campus and city centre. The Residences' 2,300 rooms offer a high standard of self-catering accommodation, with over 1,000 rooms providing en-suite facilities.
The University has invested in data cabling points in all study bedrooms which allows students with a suitable PC to browse the Internet, send and receive emails and access the University student portal from their rooms twenty-four hours a day.
