Full-time undergraduate courses 2014/15
Foundation years (level 3): £9,000
International Foundation Year: £7,650
Higher National Diplomas (HND): £7,650
Bachelor's degrees: £9,000
Full-time postgraduate courses 2014/15
Maritime and Technology Faculty master's degrees: £6,890
Faculty of Business, Sport and Enterprise master's degrees: £4,500 - £9,500
Faculty of the Creative Industries master's degrees: £4,500 - £8,500
If you are paying your tuition fees, payment can be made in full, which may entitle you to a 5% discount. Alternatively, payment can be made in two instalments. Instalment dates for 2014/15 are 3 October 2014 and 16 January 2015.
Self-funded students are required to pay 50% of the annual tuition fee prior to registration and within 5 days of the course start date.
In addition to your tuition fees, you may also incur some additional costs as part of your course:
Books: Approximately £250 per year. When starting your course, you will be advised what books to buy. It is also important to remember that our library has an excellent provision of books.
Stationery/equipment: The university provides excellent facilities such as IT computer facilities and library. However, you will need to pay for stationery such as note pads, paper, pens, and so on, and some courses require specialist equipment that you may need to buy.
Field trips/placement: Some of our courses may include field trips or placements in which case you may need to pay for transports and/or accommodation.
