Amy will display a few snack ideas and discuss the nutritional content of each snack, as well as the ideal time to consume them before physical activity.

It's important to look after your body by being physically active, but it's also important to fuel your body with a healthy and balanced diet to allow you to perform well. Eating well will also reduce the risk of injury or illness and aid your recovery after exercise.

The displayed snacks will all be vegetarian with suggestions for vegan alternatives.
