Join Solent University's Amy Woodford as she talks through healthy, nutritious and easy to make snacks to help you fuel your exercise sessions.

Amy will display a few snack ideas and discuss the nutritional content of each snack as well as the ideal time to consume them in regards to physical activity.

It is important to look after your body by being physically activity, but it is also important to fuel your body with a healthy and balanced diet to allow you to perform well. Eating well will also reduce the risk of injury or illness and aid your recovery after exercise.

The displayed snacks will all be vegetarian with suggestions for vegan alternatives.
