Adam Barton is an experienced professional 3D artist and has managed commercial titles as animator, senior artist, technical artist and designer.
Teaching began in 2003 when the video games course started and he has been the course leader since 2005. Adam is also co-developer at the games company Strangely Named.
Adam has worked in the industry for 17 years and has 12 years of experience in higher education.
Adam's recent publications include Bears Can’t Drift (video game), post narrative paper.
Adam's research interests include big data visualisation and emergent play.
