The Leadership Conversation: does leading change have to hurt?

Every organisation has to evolve in order to stay up-to-date with the ever changing business environment. This means change is a constant consideration and historically the track record of implementing change has shown the greatest impact can be the disengagement of staff.

The School of Business and Law will be hosting a leadership networking event led by CEO of Mayflower Theatre and Mary White senior lecturer in leadership and management.

This collaborative session will:

  • Explain the need for change using the case study of the Mayflower Theatre and why it is so important to take your most important asset (the people) with you
  • Discuss the ways to keep people “on side” using FISH
  • Discuss typical challenges using business scenarios when introducing change and how positive outcomes might be achieved.

Attendance is free of charge, but please register your interest.

The evening will feature a complimentary buffet and opportunities to network.
