About this course
The course is designed for people who wish to deliver pad work which can be delivered in schools, colleges, universities, youth and leisure centres and boxing clubs.
This course is ideal for qualified boxing tutors, personal trainers, boxing coaches or boxers.
Course pre-requisites:
You must be aged 18 or over to complete this course and you must know the foundation of boxing before booking.
Course duration:
16 hours.
