How the scholarship is awarded

This year Southampton Solent University celebrates its 20th anniversary as a degree awarding University. To celebrate, we are offering a £2,500 fee reduction to all international fee-paying students joining our May 2026 and September 2026 postgraduate courses. This award can be held alongside the Solent Postgraduate Taught International Excellence Scholarship.

Who is eligible

Students must apply for a full-time course in any postgraduate taught discipline for May 2026 and September 2026 entry. This award cannot be deferred.

All international fee-paying students applying for postgraduate taught courses with a minimum duration of 12 months for May 2026 and September 2026 entry will be automatically assessed for this £2,500 fee reduction award.

This award will be applied to the CAS and will be applied prior to enrolment.

This award can be held alongside the Solent Postgraduate Taught International Excellence Scholarship.

This award cannot be held alongside any other scholarships.

In cases where an applicant qualifies for multiple awards, the award of the highest monetary value will be granted.

How to apply

There is no application process. All students will be automatically considered during the application process and awarded this fee reduction, if eligible.
