Our campus tours are a great opportunity to explore our city centre campus, see where you could live, get your questions answered and discover the support available to you as a Solent student.
You'll have the opportunity to speak to our admissions, accommodation and student support teams, who are on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Your questions, answered
Choosing a university is a big decision, so come prepared with your questions.
Our teams will be on hand to help you find out more about everything from applying and funding your studies to accommodation and student support.
While we’ll do our best to have academic staff available, we cannot guarantee that a member of your chosen course team will be available during your visit.
If speaking to an academic about a specific course is particularly important to you, we recommend booking onto one of our Open Days, where you’ll have more opportunities to meet academic teams and find out about your course in detail.
- 2pm – Registration: Arrive on campus, check in and get ready to start your Solent experience.
- 2.15pm – Welcome to Solent: Get an introduction to Southampton Solent University and find out more about what you can expect from university life.
- 2.40pm – Student support information hub: Meet members of our student support teams and find out about the practical support available to you, including admissions, accommodation and student funding.
- 3.20pm – Campus and accommodation tour: Explore our campus and get a closer look at the places you could study, socialise and spend your time as a Solent student. You’ll also visit our student accommodation, giving you the chance to see what student living at Solent could look like.
- 5pm - Event close: That’s a wrap! You’ll leave with a better feel for Solent and everything we have to offer.
