Sport Excellence Programme

Our performance sport programme can be applied for by student-athletes competing at, or have the potential to compete at, national or international level.

The support package is delivered by a dedicated team who are fully committed to our student-athletes' development and sporting success. This includes:

• Strength and conditioning.
• Dual career and lifestyle services.
• Access to sport therapy support.
• Access to sports science laboratory testing support.
• Sports psychology support.
• Sports nutrition support.
• Athlete workshops.

Who is eligible

To apply you must have either:

• Accepted an offer for a full- or part-time undergraduate or postgraduate course at Southampton Solent University, or
• Be currently enrolled on a full- or part-time undergraduate or postgraduate course at Southampton Solent University
