Biography
Toni is course leader for BA (Hons) Popular Music Production, and also teaches on the BA (Hons) Popular Music Performance course, as well as the combined BA (Hons) Popular Music Performance and Production.
Previously a session guitarist and music technology programmer with clients including Universal Music and the BBC, Toni joined the University in 2007, having previously taught music technology A level and BTEC Popular music. He has also served as associate examiner for Edexcel Music Technology, and gives guest talks on music technology in further education.
He is a member of the programming and voicing team for Korg Inc. Japan, contributing to Korg products such as the Kronos and OASYS workstations, and M3 and Pa3X Keyboards.
He is currently studying for a master’s degree in sound design.
As a keyboard and guitar player, Toni has played in bands in Europe and Asia, and occasionally Cleethorpes.
