Southampton is home to the most varied selection of nightlife on the South Coast. A mix of much-loved national club brands and unique independent venues means that no matter what your taste, there is bound to be a night out that you can get excited about.

As, arguably, the most well recognised and successful club brand in the UK, Oceana obviously has a little bit of money to play with when it comes to creating new venues. Oceana's Southampton branch, a £6 million super club with a capacity of 3000, is testament to the brand's continued popularity.

As winner of the Best Small Club category at DJ Magazine's 2013 Best of British Awards, this club has earned a reputation with the locals as one of the best nights out in Southampton, particularly if you are an EDM fan.

Lennon’s is Southampton’s ‘indie’ nightclub, but the variety of nights that are put on here is much broader than that one word can convey. Playing a wide range of music, from 60’s floor-fillers to ska and psychedelia, Lennon’s is perfect for those who are looking for something a little different.
