Switch

Since opening, Switch quickly built a reputation for bringing big-name DJ's to the city centre. Switch is now known as one of the best clubs in the South Coast due to its unique experience along with its great student offers throughout the week. On Saturday nights you can expect DJ's such as Mistajam, Elrow and Wilkinson just to name a few.

Oceana

As, arguably, the most well recognised and successful club brand in the UK, Oceana obviously has a little bit of money to play with when it comes to creating new venues. Oceana's Southampton branch, a £6 million super club with a capacity of 3000, is testament to the brand's continued popularity. Tuesday nights are very popular among students, as are Wednesdays with sports teams/ societies usually in fancy dress so expect the unexpected.

As winner of the 'Best Small Club' category at DJ Magazine's 2013 Best of British Awards, this club has earned a reputation with the locals as one of the best nights out in Southampton, particularly if you are an EDM fan. Junk is Southampton's home of underground music.

Orange Rooms is a light-hearted nightclub that puts on quirky events during the week. Wednesday night is film night, where the venue screens two cult movies.
