My name's Euan Buckle. I study film and TV and I did a foundation in media. 2021 - I just finished up sixth form not knowing what to do really and I missed all the UCAS deadlines. So, wasn't too sure what to do but then I found out about Solent Clearing online and I applied and within a week I was given a spot. What I liked about Solent is the location -It was close to where I live so I can easily go home whenever I wanted to. It's a nice atmosphere here. I really enjoyed the course it offers with all of the opportunities I can get meeting other people who are also into film and television. The foundation prepared me for my degree as it allowed me to experience what a university lifestyle is without the stress of having to make really large deadlines, as well as easing me into essay writing and knowing what the equipment is, how to use it and how to maintain it.
