As Dean, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Solent University’s strategic vision. This is a senior leadership position with significant influence across the institution, placing you at the forefront of academic and organisational development. You will lead with purpose, guiding teams and initiatives that drive excellence in teaching, research, and student outcomes, while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.
A key part of your remit will be to champion the delivery of Strategy 2035 – helping to shape and monitor progress across core priorities such as widening participation, expanding flexible and global learning opportunities, strengthening research capability, and transforming our campus to support interdisciplinary collaboration.
Your strategic insight and academic leadership will be instrumental in navigating complexity, identifying opportunities, and enabling evidence-informed decision-making.
