About the course

This flexible 27-month apprenticeship programme provides research and learning for the ever-changing world of business, applying theoretical models to real-life case studies and your own organisation.

A fast-track business degree apprenticeship is the ideal way to take advantage of the recognised prior learning you have developed in the work place. The integrated BA (Hons) Leadership and Management programme is supported by a professional development unit designed to supplement your on-the-job experience. Over two years and three months, the course focuses on developing lifelong skills and encourages personal development. As a management apprentice on the CMDA programme you’ll have the opportunity to earn Chartered Manager status, accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, and benefit from a range of master classes from guest speakers, as well as regular networking opportunities.

Students enrolled to this course will be employed and supported by their employer. As part of this commitment, employers will need to provide the necessary opportunities for employees to achieve Chartered Manager status by the end of the study period.
