The CIPD Intermediate Diploma Human Resource Management qualifications offered by the Solent University Business School provide students with a professional qualification that enables them to pursue a career in HR or line management.

This qualification is offered as either a Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a Diploma in Human Resource Development (HRD).

The diploma is a nationally recognised qualification from the CIPD and allows you to become a CIPD Associate Member.
