Some students decide to live in the private rented sector, instead of university-owned halls or private halls.
This is a non-repayable bursary of £175 for students who are living in the private rented sector and are paying separate utility bills (gas and electricity). Council tax bills are not applicable, as full-time students should be exempt from paying council tax.
