What’s the best thing about your course lecturers?

As it had been a long time since I was in education, I was a little bit apprehensive about going back to university, but as soon as I started my studies and met my lecturers, I realised how supportive and understanding they were, and that they were always willing to help.

What’s life like as a Solent student?

Being a mature student, I have many responsibilities outside my university life. I have two young children and work part-time as a pharmacy dispenser, so for those reasons I have not joined any sports teams or societies. However, I have met some amazing people and made great friends. We keep in contact over chat groups. I’ve also met some amazing lecturers who I would consider supporters and even friends.
