Solent has two teams dedicated to supporting your students. Through engaging and interactive events and activities, we are here to help them discover the many opportunities in higher education and the careers that could be available to them.
Our Step into Success team work mainly with primary and secondary (pre-16) students in and around the Southampton area, raising aspirations and awareness of higher education.
The Schools and Colleges Liaison team work with post-16 students in Hampshire and across the country, enabling them to consider the opportunities available at Solent University. Students from all key stages can benefit from engaging sessions, linked to the Gatsby Benchmarks, which encourage them to think about how university can help them with their future.
With more than 93%* of our alumni in employment or further study six months after graduating, we recognise the value in providing young people with tailored information and guidance at key points in their educational journey.
